How a download link is published
The Download button follows one field in the CMS. If that field is empty, the button opens the contact page.
Phone builds get replaced when a release is fixed. The link on this site is the one an editor publishes in Site settings, under the download field.
When the field has a full https address, Download opens it in a new tab. When the field is empty, Download opens the contact page so you can ask the desk for the build that matches your phone.
An old file forwarded in a group chat may not match the current rules. If the file and the dated notice disagree, wait for the desk to confirm the package.
